TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SUBJECT MATTER

These Terms and Conditions for the provision of electronic services define the rules for the Intermediary’s services of mediating the sale of goods from Sellers.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the website www.epickicks.net in a way that allows any user to access, reproduce, and save them by printing or saving to a device at any time.

  • The administrator of personal data processed in connection with these Terms is the Intermediary. Personal data is processed in the scope and under the rules specified in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

  • These Terms and Conditions define:

    • the rules for using the online store at www.epickicks.net

    • the conditions and rules for placing orders electronically,

    • requirements for technical use (browsers, screen resolution, JavaScript),

    • rules on age restrictions (under 18).

The Intermediary declares compliance with data protection rules. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete an order.

Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

3. GLOSSARY

  • Client – a consumer under Polish Civil Code, for whom the Intermediary purchases goods from the Seller.

  • Intermediary – PT ATASK TEKNOLOGI INTERNASIONAL, Jakarta.

  • Seller – entity based in a third country that sells goods.

  • Intermediation service – the service provided by the Intermediary on behalf of the Seller.

  • Commission – the difference between the amount paid by the Client and the amount transferred to the Seller for goods and shipment.

  • Order – a Client’s declaration of intent placed through the Website to enter into an Intermediation Agreement.

  • Goods – items available on the Website.

  • Distance contract, Intermediation contract, Sales contract – defined under Polish law.

4. RULES OF USING THE ONLINE STORE

  • Purchases can be made with or without registration.

  • Registered accounts give access to purchase history and easier returns. Accounts are deleted after 5 years of inactivity.

  • Clients must use the Website legally, respectfully, and without disrupting its operation.

  • The Intermediary may block access for violations (false data, abuse, infringement of third-party rights).

  • Acceptance of these Terms equals consent to receive electronic invoices.

  • Data processing is in accordance with EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

5. SCOPE OF INTERMEDIATION SERVICES

  • The Intermediary, on behalf of the Client, orders goods from the Seller and pays costs related to delivery (excluding customs duties and import VAT).

  • Customs and import VAT are not covered.

  • By placing an order, the Client grants power of attorney to the Intermediary to place and pay for the order.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The Intermediary assumes some obligations of foreign Sellers under Polish law, including:

  1. Providing information on withdrawal rights,

  2. Handling complaints,

  3. Liability for defects,

  4. Providing Polish-language instructions and documents.

7. STARTING THE SERVICE

  • The Client authorizes the Intermediary via the Website.

  • The Client receives confirmation, pricing, and information about losing the right of withdrawal once the service begins.

  • The Intermediary starts the service after payment and explicit Client consent.

8. DELIVERY OF GOODS

  • Goods are delivered to the Client’s address within 10–21 business days.

  • Clients must report missing parcels within 100 days.

9. RETURNS

  • Within 14 days of delivery, Clients may return or exchange goods without giving a reason.

  • A return form must be filled and sent to biuro@epickicks.net.

  • Refunds are made within 14 days. Goods must be returned to the warehouse address provided.

10. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without reason.

  • Refunds are made within 14 days, but the Consumer must return the goods at their own cost.

11. COMPLAINTS

  • Clients may file complaints under warranty or guarantee.

  • Complaints must be sent to biuro@epickicks.com or biuro@epickicks.net.

  • Resolution will occur within 14 days.

  • If necessary, defective goods must be returned to the warehouse address provided.

Consumers may also seek out-of-court dispute resolution via:

  • Mediation with Trade Inspection,

  • Arbitration courts,

  • Consumer Ombudsman,

  • EU ODR platform.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.

  • Orders placed before changes remain under the old Terms.

  • The Terms are always available at www.epickicks.net.
