Returns & Exchange

Within 14 days of receiving the package, you have the right to return or exchange the goods without giving any reason. To do this:

  1. Download and fill out the return form (attached to the order confirmation email).

  2. Send the completed form within 14 days of receiving the package to the following email address: biuro@epickicks.net.

You will receive a refund within 7 days from the date the returned package is delivered, using the same payment method you used for the order, or if that is not possible – by bank transfer.

Goods must be returned to the address provided by the store’s customer service or to the warehouse address included in paper form with the product – depending on the item purchased, the return warehouse address may vary.

To exchange a product for another, please use the return option while simultaneously placing and paying for a new order. This will speed up the exchange process and guarantee the reservation of the new item so that no one buys it before your returned package arrives. The money will be refunded immediately, no later than 7 days from the day the returned package is received.
